It's not what you win but how you conquer it!

Conqueror’s ‘Typographic Games’ challenges world-class creatives at the peak of their performance to use imaginative typography and graphics to go for Gold!

Conqueror, the premium paper brand from Arjowiggins Creative Papers, announces its ‘Typographic Games’, a graphic challenge on the theme of sport. There’s Gold, Silver and Bronze glory for the world’s fittest designers and a coveted ticket to the 2012 Olympics in London for the top medalist.

The graphic design and typography competition is open to creatives around the world and runs from November 1st 2011 to end of April 2012. Entry is free and the only requirement is that their graphics incorporate the phrase ‘It’s not what you win, but how you conquer it’ in a custom designed typeface. Typographer Jean François Porchez will head the international jury of leading typographers and designers bloggers who will judge the entries and pick the medal winners. Porchez designed five bespoke ‘Conqueror’ typefaces as part of the ‘It’s Not What You Say, It’s How You Say It’ award-winning campaign, which re-launched the Conqueror brand in 2010. Judging for the Typographic Games will take place in London in May 2012.

In addition to the winning ticket to the Olympic Games, there are customised Nike trainers for five Silver medalists, and all the winners, Gold, Silver and Bronze, will find fame when their entries feature in a special edition booklet distributed with Creative Review.
