Antalis & Printech to host an open house, from 23 – 25 November in Cape Town - 18-11-2011
Antalis and Printech to host a meeting place for local experts
Antalis South Africa (Pty) Ltd are working closely with Printech to host an open house, from 23 – 25 November in Cape Town, to celebrate 30 years in business! Pitching this event as a mini Drupa is no small task but one both organisations are tackling head on.
“Drupa is the largest printing equipment exhibition in the world, held every four years at Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, City of Düsseldorf, Germany. The last show, held in 2008, saw 391 000 visitors from 138 countries attended the show.
Having attended the last Drupa show I have a clear idea of how this, our second open day of it’s kind, will be run. The theme will be that of a ‘typical German print shop, all printed material will be FSC certified and supplied by Antalis. What’s more the equipment on display will be fully operational essentially demonstrating the full functionality of a European print shop. commented Tony Sartor, Sales Manager, Antalis, Cape Town.
Over the three days we will be exhibiting the Kodak Prinergy Workflow, Kodak Virtual Proofing and Kodak Processless plates to current and prospective customers.
With Kodak Prinergy we will show potential customers that a good solid workflow platform is vital in any print shop. A fully integrated workflow system allows you to automate previously manual steps and achieve greater control over the entire print process.
Kodak Matchprint Virtual extends the use of monitor proofing beyond content proofing into monitor contract proofing which results in huge cost savings and quicker turnaround times.
Kodak Processless plates are the only true chemical free printing plate on the market and we will demonstrate this at the show.
Printech, in conjunction with Antalis, have extended invitations to customers countrywide and we are thrilled to once again be involved.
We have a strong team of technical experts including Mel Ellis and Ronnie Otto from Antalis head office in Johannesburg. Joined by Donovan Tose and myself we strongly believe this is an event not to be missed.
