Information Technology

One of the Information Technology Department's major objectives is to make Antalis an easy company to do business with. To achieve this objective Antalis operates a fully integrated ACS-Embrace ERP software package. Antalis has grown up with this software for over 20 years and has tailored the package to suit the needs of the company and it's customers.

From accurate invoices, timely statements, correct stock mix, full purchase order tracking, web based product catalogue to monitoring our delivery lead times, the customer is always central to our focus. A sophisticated bar code based warehouse tracking system is employed to allow operators to be able to track customer's orders and provide instant feedback. Our Direct Customer Access (DCA) program allows customers to access any information about their account, orders or invoices.

  Antalis Operations have a common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all 8 facilities , using radio-frequency Bar-code scanning technology. A world-class integrated Activity Based Costing program monitors resources, activities and financial aspects of all transactions, to enable Antalis to identify the individual contribution of profit from each Customer. This enables Operations to optimise utilisation and efficiencies, and focus resources appropriately to ensure we provide the required service to our client.
  We offer a value added service by trained professional sales people. Further to the distribution services a wide range of additional services are offered to our key customers to assist their business operations.

Export Department
  Antalis offer export business into several African countries through our specialised export department.

The Antalis Purchasing Department is responsible for the interaction with suppliers and operates within a large network of reputable local and international suppliers.
